full title: Abracadabra; Suspended Birth of a Circus Aphrodite
created for the Fantasy Circus Contest hosted by =cookiekitty-stock & *LongStock.
people usually depict circuses as childish, whimsical shows with clowns bearing big red honkers. i can see why. but there's also a certain elegance to the circus... especially if it is a fantasy circus.
the "Circus Aphrodite" is a fairy, born out of an egg that was as big as a human. (fitting, as the fairy inside is the size of a normal human) she is born without wings... she will have grown wings by the age of 8 though.
every 10 years, a new Circus Aphrodite is born. people from all over the world come to witness the birth...
